Le Fadet – 4 people – 69m²

A wetland butterfly, the sedge moth, still present in the Landes, is threatened with extinction. In order not to forget to act in favor of biodiversity, we have given its name to our gîte.

The whole family will find their place in this well-designed cottage. Children will enjoy a large bedroom upstairs with old-fashioned charm. With its play and reading corner, they will be able to occupy themselves comfortably even if the weather is hesitant. And the bathroom adjoining the bedroom will facilitate the nighttime expeditions of the little ones!

As for the parents, they will find on the ground floor everything they need to rest. The living room is organized around a central stone pillar, a vestige of the old stable: a well-equipped kitchen/dining room area on one side, the living room on the other side opening onto a west-facing terrace. You will thus enjoy the superb sunsets over the countryside all year round.

To allow access to the greatest number, the cottage is labeled Tourism and Handicap for the three disabilities, sensory and mental, visual, hearing. The label does not cover motor disabilities but access to the cottage is facilitated (ground floor and terrace on the same level, no steps to access the cottage).
