It is a nod to the past, to the time when the gîte was a stable, and where straw provided most of the comfort for the cows that lived there. But things have changed!

For large families, or for spending holidays with friends, this large gîte is ideal for everyone to feel at home.
The layout has been designed to allow as many people as possible to be independent. You will be able to enjoy a spacious and friendly living room. You will discover the charm of the exposed stones, and the central pillar that once supported the wooden frame of the old stable. All around, we have fitted out a kitchen suitable for everyone and well equipped, a comfortable living room with TV corner and a bright dining room.

A large wooden terrace extends the living space, where you can enjoy the sun, have a drink with friends, or observe a multitude of birds from your deckchair.

As for the bedroom, you can choose the one on the ground floor, on one level and which has an office, with adjoining bathroom. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, with a toilet opening onto the landing. The crawl space bedroom, all clad in Landes pine wood, has been designed more for children with its comfortable reading corner. It will also be very suitable for two adults, as will the second bedroom upstairs with its high ceiling.

• Labeled Tourism and Handicap (four disabilities) , the ground floor and the terrace are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
• South-west facing gîte adjoining a second gîte (entrance possible via a patio serving the 2 gîtes or via a second independent entrance).
• 21m² wooden terrace with gas plancha or charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs.
• Living room with equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer/blender, iron and ironing board, etc.), dining room, lounge (TV, DVD/Blue ray player).
• Bedroom on the ground floor with a 160x200 double bed and a desk.
• Shower room adjoining the bedroom with shower, washing machine, WC.
• two bedrooms upstairs: one with two single beds 90x200, the other with a double bed 160x200,
• bathroom opening onto the landing,
• Heating: Pellet stove in the living room, electric convector in the bedrooms and electric towel dryer in the bathroom.

Large common areas for all the gîtes on the unenclosed site: woods, play area, bicycle garage, etc.
