Winter, time for jams!?!
What a crazy idea!
When we say jams, we say summer fruits: strawberries, redcurrants, apricots, cherries, peaches, plums…, that goes without saying!
At the Maison des Eyres, while waiting for the freshly planted fruit trees to produce in quantity, our jams are completely different, but just as tasty.
Winter gives us more time to patiently preserve these sweet treats.
After the autumnal arbutus berries, it is now time for kiwis, watermelons and other squashes, which, combined with citrus fruits, bananas, and why not spices or dried fruits, give delicious results.
These jams, often original, sometimes surprising, will enhance the breakfasts served to our guests.

If you want to go on a spa trip in 2025, now is the time to plan your trip.
