It's a nod to the past, to the time when the cottage was a stable, and straw provided the essential comfort for the cows living there. But things have changed!

For large families, or for spending holidays with friends, this large gîte is ideal for everyone to feel at home.
The layout has been designed to allow as many people as possible to be independent. You will be able to enjoy a spacious and welcoming living space. You will discover the charm of the exposed stonework and the central pillar that once supported the wooden frame of the old stable. Around it, we have fitted a well-equipped kitchen suitable for everyone, a comfortable living room with a TV area, and a bright dining room.

A large wooden terrace extends the living space, where you can enjoy the sun, have a drink with friends, or observe a multitude of birds from your deckchair.

For the bedroom, you can choose the ground floor bedroom, which is on the ground floor and has an office and an adjoining bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a bathroom opening onto the landing. The crawl space bedroom, clad entirely in Landes pine wood, has been designed for children with its comfortable reading nook. It will also be ideal for two adults, as will the second bedroom upstairs with its high ceiling.

• Labeled Tourism and Handicap, (four handicaps) , the ground floor and the terrace are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
• South-west facing gîte adjoining a second gîte (entrance possible via a patio serving the two gîtes or via a second independent entrance).
• 21m² wooden terrace with gas plancha or charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs.
• Living room with equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer/blender, iron and ironing board, etc.), dining room, lounge (television, DVD/Blue ray player).
• Ground floor bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a desk.
• Shower room adjoining the bedroom with shower, washing machine, WC.
• two bedrooms upstairs: one with two single beds (90x200) which cannot be joined, the other with a double bed (160x200),
• bathroom opening onto the landing,
• Heating: Pellet stove in the living room, electric convector in the bedrooms and electric towel dryer in the bathroom.

Large common areas for all the gîtes on the unfenced site: woods, play area, bicycle garage, etc.
